Japanese KDDI has just introduced new series of mobile devices. One of them is Hitachi Hi-Vision Cam Wooo device. The main feature of this cameraphone is HD video recording support. Maximum resolution of video is 1280x720 pixels. The list of other technical characteristics also looks very impressive. Hitachi Hi-Vision Cam Wooo has 5 Mp camera with 3x digital zoom and autofocus, 3 inch screen with 854x480 px resolution, 500 Mb built in memory, microSDHC memory card slot (up to 8 Gb) and 1Seg TV tuner. The battery of this phone provides 4 hours of video recording mode.
NEC N-06A Japanese phone
NEC N-06A is one of mobile devices which have been just introduced by Japanese NTT DOCOMO mobile operator. This mobile phone features Atheros AR6002 chip and can work as Wi-Fi router. As for technical features this mobile phone has 3.2 inch LTPS TFT screen with 480x854 px resolution, 8.1 Mp camera with autofocus and face detection function, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, Bluetooth, GPS, TV tuner and microSDHC memory card slot.

Recently Motorola announced new budget sliding phone. It is Motorola W7 Active Edition. The main advantage of this device is gesture control function support. Chinese Moses company has just introduced its new mobile Internet device – SmartQ 7. This device has nice design and impressive list of technical features. The screen has 7 inch diagonal and supports 800x480 px resolution. This MID also features 4500 mAh battery which provides 48 hours of active using. The operating system is Linux. The set of other characteristics includes Wi-Fi, stereo loud speakers, TV out and 3.5 mm audio jack. The price is $200.
Samsung Impression is available
Samsung Impression side sliding mobile phone with bright screen and QWERTY keyboard has been already available in AT&T mobile operator’s shops. Its price is $400 without any contract. As for technical characteristics Samsung Impression has 3.2 Mp camera, 190 Mb built in memory, microSD card slot, GPS module and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP profile support. The battery provides 3 hours of talk mode and 250 hours of idle mode. Supported network standards are GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, HSDPA 850/1900 MHz.
Sony Ericsson S312
Another new device by Sony Ericsson has been recently announced. It is S312 budget Cyber-shot cameraphone. This mobile phone has classic shape factor and typical for SE devices design. Sony Ericsson S312 is equipped with 2 inch screen with 176x220 px resolution, 2 Mp camera with flash, FM radio with RDS, 15 Mb built in memory, M2 card slot and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. This device is assigned for GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800 MHz. Available colors are Dawn Blue and Honey Silver. The release will take place by the end of the next month.
